Inpiration for Food Truck Design

My feeling for the overall design of the truck is to make it feel like you are having brunch at YOUR Abuelita's house... I want a clean and simple design yet very homey and cozy feeling...

Inspiration

I have always had a passion for cooking and breakfast foods in particular. I believe this passion stems from Sunday morning brunches at my abuelita’s house. Everyone would come over to be together and my grandma would cook amazing Mexican breakfast foods; always simple dishes but always presented in a fancy fashion.

I enjoy the art of cooking and preparing a nice meal for those that I love. In my eyes presentation is everything, and service can make or break an eating atmosphere. I chose the food truck business plan as my project because it is something that I have been thinking of executing in real life. I somehow always find an excuse or two for not giving legs to this dream so this project is a good first step.
